The Club Room was named for Bro. Ron Noreen in recognition of his generous donation towards its construction. Among other things, the room contains our extensive collection of Masonic 'chachkies'. |

On February 5, 2005, a reception was held in the Needham Masonic Hall to honor R.W. Donald R. Denning, Jr, Senior Grand Warden of the Grand Lodge of Masons in Massachusetts, and previously Senior Grand Marshal. Pictured here (left to right) are Wor. Mark A Tabbert, M.W. Jeffrey Black Hodgdon, Grand Master of Masons in Massachusetts, R.W. Denning, and Wor. Robert G. Kispert, presiding Master of Norfolk Lodge in Needham. The Bible on the altar is the famous "George Washington Bible", on which Bro. George Washington took the oath of office as the first President of the United States. The George Washington BIble is on loan from St. John's Lodge in New York City, and is currently on display at the National Heritage Museum in Lexington.
On January 11, 2005, Mystic Valley Lodge was honored with a visit by the MW Grand Master of the Royal Grand Lodge of Morocco, Bouchaid El Kouhi, accompanied by a distinguished suite of Masons. RW Mike Podymaitis presents his father-in-law, Donald Carriger, with his 50th year veteran's medal. With him are Don's sons, Don Jr and Douglas.
On November 9, 2004 the officers for 2004-2005 were installed in Mystic Valley Lodge. The installation ceremony was performed by Bro. Donald G. Hicks, Grand Master of Masons in Massachusetts.
